What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on any order with a $25 minimum, under $25, it’s just $2.95 shipping for First Class Mail, or $5.95 for Priority Mail. We know it’s annoying to pay shipping that is almost equal to the cost of an item in some cases, but we try to price everything in a fair way so you aren’t getting overcharged, and we aren’t losing money shipping a small item.

Which payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted, if you want to pay by check, please send us a message through the contact us page for details on how to pay by check

How long will delivery take?

Most orders are shipped out the same day, if the order is placed by 2PM central time, or the next business day if after. In the event we unexpectedly go out of stock on an item, we will notify you the same business day and give you the option to wait until we receive a shipment,
or cancel the order.

First Class shipments can take 2 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on where you are, and the speed of USPS. Priority Mail shipments are usually 1 to 3 days, depending where you are in the country.

How secure is this online store? Is my data protected?

Your data is protected with a 128 bit secure connection(same data encryption level employed by large companies such as Amazon), you should see a green lock in the address bar, this shows your data is secure.

What exactly happens after ordering?

A representative will review your order, and contact you if there are any questions, if there are no questions, your order will be packed and shipped the same or next business day, depending on the time your order was processed, and the tracking information will be sent to your email.

Do I receive an invoice or receipt for my order?

When checking out, you can print the order confirmation, after your order is made, once your order is processed by the representative, we will email you a receipt as well.
